Overview: Profitsharing4u.com is owned by Profit Sharing Enterprise. Use of the services provided by this website is regulated by the following terms and conditions. By using these services, users consent and agree to these terms and conditions. If a user finds the terms and conditions unacceptable, they should discontinue use immediately.
Legal Age: You must be a legal age ( at least 18 years of age or older), have full capacity in the state in which you reside, to enter into, and be bound by this agreement.
One Account Per Member: You may only maintain one membership account at Profit Sharing Enterprise. If you establish duplicate account, we may terminate your accounts, resulting in the loss of accumulated credits for each terminated account.
Accurate Information: You must provie Profit Sharing Enterprise with valid contact and residence information and promptly update that information if it changes. If you impersonate or misrepresent your identity, Profit Sharing Enterprise may terminate your membership and you will forfeit any earned credits. Profit Sharing Enterprise may terminate any membership, containing any untruthful information.
Account Non-Transferable: Your password and account are yours and yous alone and may not be transferred to anyone else. You may not allow anyone else to use your password or account. You may not use anyone else's password or account or accrue earnings for anyone else's account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and Profit Sharing Enterprise is not be liable for any loss or damage caused by disclosure of your password and account information. You may only ceate one account for yourself and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else.
Termination of Accounts: Profit Sharing Enterprise may refuse to eccept any application for membership for any reason or for no reason. Profit Sharing Enterprise reserves the right to terminate this agreement and your membership without giving you prior notice. If your account is closed, your referrals will be lost, and you will forfeit any unpaid monies on your account.
Independent Associate: You understand and agree that as an associate, you are an Independent Associate, not an agent, employee, partner, joint contractor or franchisee of Profit Sharing Enterprise. You further understand and agree that you will not be treated as an employee for the purposes of any state or federal taxes of the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, the Federal Insurance Contributions Act, sales taxes, local taxes, and/or local license fees that may become due as a result of your activities under your Associate Agreement.
Compensation: Subject to the terms of your agreement, you understand and agree that any commission paid to you will consisted solely of referrals, profit-sharing and/or bonuses relating to the sale of Profit Sharing Enterprise direct products or services.
No Tampering: You promise neither to simulate, to fake, or to falsify your presence or activities in order to earn money or other compensation or rewards from the Profit Sharing Enterprise. Simulating, faking, or falsifying your activities may include, among other things, creation, distribution or use of services or other devices that respond to prompts in your absence. You also agree not to tamper in any way with the proper functioning. Profit Sharing Enterprise will terminate your account if you engage in any such simulating, faking, falsifying, or tampering. By using the Profitsharing4u.com you are representing to Profit Sharing Enterprise that you have not engaged in any such activities designed to thwart the purpose of this agreement, such as simulation, faking, or falsifying your presence or otherwise tampering with the Profit Sharing Enterprise services, or assisting others in doing so.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: You understand and agree that although Profit Sharing Enterprise will make reasonable efforts to fairly and consistently monitor your actual activities, Profit SharingEnterprise does not guarantee the precision of the process. You will only be credited for activities which we can verify that we have seen or experienced.
Referral: If you are accepted as a member of Profit Sharing Enterprise, you may earn credits for some of the activities of the members that you directly refer to Profitsharing4u.com. Referral percentage rates are automatically calculate by the Profit Sharing Enterprise referral incentive system. If your account is closed, your referrals will be lost and you will forfeit any unpaid monies on your account.
Marketing Claims: You agree that you will not make any misrepresentations to any of your referrals or potential referrals about compensation typically received by Profit Sharing Enterprise Associates or about compensation that potential Associates are likely to receive, and to fully comply with all applicable laws related to referral marketing programs.
Mailing of Checks: Subject to the terms of this agreement, Profit Sharing Enterprise will mail a check to you within a reasonable time after you have requested in your account at least US $50 and you have requested payment using Earning Request Form. Profit Sharing Enterprise assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected checks. If your address has changed, please, remember to update your profile at your associate log in area: Account Info.
Disclaimer of Warranties: You expressly agrees that use of the membership program is at your sole risk. The membership program is provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis. Profit Sharing Enterprise expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability. Profit Sharing Enterprise makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the membership program or any transactions entered into through the membership program. Any earnings show on this website is not intended to serve as a guarantee of income. Instead, they're designed to give you an idea of what's possible.
Legal Compliance and Claims: You agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional laws that may be applicable to your use of the Internet and your membership at Profit Sharing Enterprise. Both parties agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Profit Sharing Enterprise service must be initiated within six (6) months after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is considered void. Furthermore, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, you agree not to bring, join or participate in any class action against Profit Sharing Enterprise and/or any of its parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, licensors, officers, directors or employees. You agree that Profit Sharing Enterprise holds the right to take countermeasures in order to stop such a lawsuit or to remove you as a participant in the suit, and that you shall have the obligation to pay all costs incurred by Profit Sharing Enterprise exercising this right.
Updates to This Agreement: Because of the constantly evolving nature of our business, Profit Sharing Enterprise needs to have the ability to revise the term of the Associate Agreement from time to time. You may object to the updated Agreement by terminating your membership. If you continue to use the Profitsharing4u.com and enjoy the benefits of membership at Profit Sharing Enterprise after any change, that will signify your acceptance of the new terms.
